Having started many companies ourselves, we understand this distinct and rewarding environment.  Our Entrepreneurialism-as-a-Service (EaaS) system is designed to effectively scale start-ups by providing them with the team and tools that allows the Startup’s focus to remain on nurturing that original light bulb moment

First-hand experience has shown us how difficult it can be for established, busy companies to find space to think and innovate ... and how easy it seems to contract another report ... but we also KNOW how to solve these challenges creatively and interactively, producing real things as outcomes.  We call this our Transformation Accelerator Service (TAS)

3. Prototype … the most applicable ideas are chosen and packaged into solution designs for building and testing

4. Optimise … adaptions are made and the best solutions are readied for presentation

5. Deliver … a final product / service / process is selected and commissioned for delivery
